Basically you make a new folder in the C:\wamp\www\ folder, put the files in there, then go to http://localhost/folder_name/install/index.php and install, after creating a database on phpMyAdmin.

how to create new database with phpmyadmin?
first you have to password your root localhost after doing that go into wamp from c drive and find phpmyadmin and find config file and put your NEW CREATED password in there for the root / localhost default ..
