Hi,guys!I have an idea of great online project, but i don't have any HTML skills... Please, show me where I can create my own site for free?

If your going to create a 'great online project' you need skills and experience. You're also going to have to put money towards it.

To create a design for free? Well you learn html...

you learn in to more take an skills web design development!

If you want to learn html i think http://www.w3schools.com/ is the best.

Learn and design, Its not so difficult,

You can learn, ask and can able to design for VUBSCS

Heres how I learned. (Seriously took 3-4 days to get to what I know) Go on Youtube and look up a basic HTML + CSS tutorial. Dial down on <div>'s and CSS tags. (Since HTML ones are pretty easy.) Once you learn the basics download free website templates and read the code. Examine it's structure and you will learn. W3Schools is crap.

Also, I don't think you will want to build everyone a website for free. It takes time. Sometimes ALOT of time. So as a beginner talking to a beginner I suggest learning it like this.

1. Learn the basic tags of HTML + CSS. Don't go advanced just learn the basics.
2. Examine other websites structure. See how code is laid out.
3. Start writing your first website template.
4. Dabble in CSS3 and more advanced HTML.
5. Continue all the above steps.
