How can I make my own url change system, Don't want to use google seo. I want to convert urls of threads according to their name + some random date or number.
Do I need to edit .htaccess for that or some js file?

Learn mod_rewrite and edit .htaccess.

Do it on a localhost first. Be sure you know what you're doing.
