First, you need to buy a new keyboard as yours seems to have the caps lock button stuck on.

Second, if you don't know how to start a new thread but managed to start two here I'm not really sure what we can do to help you. It's the same software. We can't exactly list how to do absolutely everything. Have you ever used forums before??
