hi good day all i am currently struggling for 1 thing sir i want to remove moderator and super moderator deleting powers but leave soft delete if possible if not its ok but i need to remove there power for sure

I don't think MyBB has soft & permanent delete. It's just delete, and it's permanent.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen it before.
EDIT:
I was looking around, you can test these out but I'm not 100% sure.
Admin > Forums & Posts > Forum Management > THE FORUM CATEGORY > Moderators
You can add in the "Moderators" group, and remove the "Delete" ability. I'm unsure if this would work for "Super Moderators", since they have full powers everywhere. You can try it out with either one. But my theory is that you have to do this with "Moderators" or any custom Mod group in EACH forum category/section they should be mods in.
