wahan sy themes walay option mein jao
wahan sy theme edit karo ( gar sirf aik theme hy jaisy defualt to usy edit karo or agr 1 sy ziada themes lagai hoi hein to sabhi ko edit karo)
wahan theme edit per click kerny per jo page open hoga us mein sab sy oper global.css per click karo
or phir us mein kai sari option open hoon gi . un mein talash karo . maybe panel wali option hogi us ka size barha kardo

You just have to upload the files. And there SHOULD be instructions. As far as I remember, the sticky thread on this section said you had to include the very same instructions but in your language (which I remember, because it really explained it well).

Yaar, most likely it wont work. 1.4.1 hain na, latest tho 1.4.8 hai! Asif, aap banaingain 1.4.8 ka Urdu translation pack? :p. I don't need it. Oh and main aap ki website join kerlay tha hoon :p.
