I'd like to upgrade from 1.2.13 to MyBB 1.4.4 but it seems that I can't backup my stuff+upload the new version. Is there anyone out there who can tell me how to do this?

You can use the backup manager in the ACP, and then download your files in your FTP client.

It's right down at the bottom of the side menu in the 1.2 ACP.
Am I blind or something? You guys are telling him to upload files, backing up databases, and all that.. but...

Yeah I posted 'ACP > Database Tools > Backup Database' before they edited in the fact that they are using createmybb and I didn't check that post again.
zinzaezhueuh, if you had said this at the start, we could have you you you can't actually upgrade a createmybb forum.
