Looks cool Smile
A good idea for when its a special celebration for a forum :p
Saves time trying to find a good place to put an Easter egg as well.
Next version I will add a setting for MYPS to winner. That should only take me a few minutes actually.

I have an egg hunt contest now at HackForums.net.
LOL ... did you know I did this this Easter?

Nobody could find the one I hid on this page: http://worldbeyblade.org/memberlist.php?action=search

This is really neat, great job.
Cool Plugin! It is a great way to celebrate your 1,000,000 million posts on hack-forums. Congratz!
But the easter egg really, is a thread? Was expecting something else, like a page or a file which we could set. But still, nice job.
Lol, nice idea.

Last eastern we had such a hunt at Zaiendo.de but I just manually placed some graphics at different articles and sites in the forum and the CMS.
The winner (who found the most eastereggs) got a medal calling him easter rabbit.

Was fun Wink

Imho it's best as a thread. You don't want users crawling pages they shouldn't. You still want the added extra activity to mean something more than just clicking pages too.

This works best too if your site has lots of threads. I have over 100k.
Oh let me see. I don't need to make a new thread right? i can just like put the TID of an existing hot thread right? That makes things easier. But likely if I give lots of clues, the search functions makes everything way easier. Unless i can somehow disable it meanwhile.
No you need an existing thread. However I think you could use a thread id that's coming up too. That should trigger just fine when the thread is actually created.
