I have a small doubt that How can i install plug-ins in MyBB?

and How can i change my forum's header??

Can you please help me ?

There will usually be installation instructions included in the plugin package. It usually just involves uploading one or more files and activating in the ACP.

You can change the header in the settings for each theme.
