How did you merge the boards? With the merge system or just merging the DBs in phpmyadmin?

Also, Jerlene, was this on your source board that this happened or your destination board?

Oops, clicked post too soon...
If its on the destination board, please check the template edits performed by the plugins. It is likely that they got messed up somehow and you'll need to manually fix the affected templates.

It happened on my destination board. I checked all of the template files marked in green and I fixed it(removed duplicate entries, etc.) but it still happened.
