Hi mate, i like the banner too much and have 2 questions(i don't know any coding so please explain briefly)

1) mate, how can i add banner in right side of the header.

Eg: like below image, possibly add size(length and height)




2) In every posts, user avatar and his name in top, then post is shown below that.....
any way to do like this username and avatar in left side and his post or content in right side like phpbb....??
because this needs more scrolling in big discussion threads........

Eg:
possibly like below image (it's inherited from above post-check it)
