i try to share database. i create two shared hostings on the same provider but different accounts. on one hosting i install the database and on the second i install the config and settings in public html folder. then i set the url and database infos there.
reason for that doing is too use the database for several forums and if one forum get suspended then the database is still there.
when i open the url then i get that

Im really sure i have to set something at config file to get the right path to the database.
somebody have an idea?

One plugin is only embedding videos from newer sites but the other uploads images directly to the forum hosting account (like attachments but these quote in replies and can be used in private messages) and I worry that it may be used by those who I would never wish to help in anyway!

Thing is though, I would never have learnt how to do it without all the plugins which have been made freely available as I used them to learn!

I have another version of the "Upload Images" which uploads images to a completely different server and it also works very well with good security and very quick load times (I have a VPS in the UK and another in the US)!

So I just thought to ask you good folk .... How do you decide to release a plugin knowing that it may be used by those who you wouldn't wish to help?

I think it's at a point where simply nobody cares or would have a problem with it.

There's also a "devbb_stardust.zip" and "devbb_1022994133.tar" and "devBB Special Edition (v1.0.1)" which I don't have.
