RE: Novus 2 Free Theme Series
Hi mate, i like the banner too much and have 2 questions(i don't know any coding so please explain briefly)
1) mate, how can i add banner in right side of the header. Eg: like below image, possibly add size(length and height) ![]() 2) In every posts, user avatar and his name in top, then post is shown below that..... any way to do like this username and avatar in left side and his post or content in right side like phpbb....?? because this needs more scrolling in big discussion threads........ Eg: possibly like below image (it's inherited from above post-check it)

RE: Novus 2 Free Theme Series
1) ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > Show Thread Options > Display posts using the classic layout
Update it also via UserCP. 2) ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Theme > Header Templates Add this code near the header logo and adjust it to fit your preference: Code: <div style="float: right;">BANNER_CODE_HERE</div>Ultimate Default Button Sets v2 |

RE: Novus 2 Free Theme Series
Thanks mate for instant response,
that classic layout worked well(also i installed force postbit mod and added classic layout as default) BUT, that right side header banner is still not showing anything... so i add like this: <div style="float: right;"><a href=”affiliate URL”><img src=”URL of banner image”></a></div> but still it is not showing image..... can you please explain it, i want to point the banner and link to external(even banner from external link/image) Protect Your Site from Hacking Change Admin folder name and Install Admin CP Honeypot Mod, Protect with .htaccess, Captcha is cracked by bots use Question answer mod in reg and during Posts to avoid spam bot registration, keep an eye on spam bot ip's http://www.blocklist.de/en/export.html |

RE: Novus 2 Free Theme Series
Your code is fine. Maybe you need to add the closing tag.

RE: Novus 2 Free Theme Series
Thanks mate, finally done.......
no need to create new div tag, just place banner code inside the logo div tag is enough.. Simple way to add ads banner in header ![]() Step 1: open Template & Styles -->> Template(from right side bar) -->> Select your template -->> Header Templates -->> Header -->> (Find the below original code or logo div tag) Original code(without right side ad banner in header): <div class="logo"><a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/index.php"><img src="{$theme['logo']}" alt="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" title="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" /></a></div> Banner url to add: Banner url -->>http://banner.com/banner.png Banner url code -->> <img src=http://banner.com/banner.png align="right"> Now add the above code to original code...will like below, that's all... Code with ads banner added: <div class="logo"><a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/index.php"><img src="{$theme['logo']}" alt="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" title="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" /></a><img src=http://banner.com/banner.png align="right"></div> Note: No need to add css or anything, very simple... Thanks pdtrx for help
