Wordpress isn't a cms.. I wouldn't even recommend it to anyone. I recommend Joomla, always worked fine for me.

Joomla is something to stay away from. It just has way too many security issues.

Alright thanks, I already said WP is not what I need, and next, Joomla as well now.

Tough, I will not catalog WP as a full CMS as well. It is more of a blogging system. People who call WP a CMS regularly call MyBB/vB/<put-forum-software-name-here> one as well. Just a matter of opinions.

Well, quite frankly, if you want to manage content, manage it with your local ftp manager.
