Hey, so, sometimes people can see our custom top links, and sometimes they can't.

It's pretty important that these work as they include donations & our ban list.

I'm not sure why most people can see the "Live World Map" button but no other buttons.
When I delete my cache and click "View page source" it only shows the donation button & Live world map button as being there, oddly.

first remove overflow:hidden; for #content in theme's global.css ... ( margin for #panel ul.menu li also appears to be disturbing the menu items ... )
