When I access the address http://www.cjdamaster.co.uk/MyBB/Upload/install, I get a 403 Forbidden message. I saw that you can make SecFilterEngine Off on a .htaccess file, but as I host it on Freewebs.com, it doesn't recognise that file, meaning it can't be uploaded. How can I resolve getting to http://www.cjdamaster.co.uk/MyBB/Upload/install to install MyBB.

Meaning that the directory specified does not exist.

You should've only uploaded the contents of the /upload folder. Not the whole folder ... so try that. Looks like your path is wrong too.

I've done what you said and took out the middle man. My path to the installer should be www.cjdamaster.co.uk/MyBB/install, but that seems to be false aswell. WHAT DO I DO WHAT DO I DO WHAT DO I DO.

Actually, that means that the page that is supposed to be shown on a Forbidden error was not found.

Do you know what is the CHMOD set on the install directory?

I don't think free webs supports the PHP language that MyBB needs to run on, I would suggest looking for another host with PHP and MySQL support.

I dont know that either, there is no way of telling.

As Chris stated in his post, you will need to look for another host, MyBB needs minimum requirements and FreeWebs doesn't provide those.
