RE: HotEditor Installation problem
I think HotEditor & AjaxQuickReply are incompatible, because HotEditor use a totally different code object as a input text method.

Nice solution deactivating HotEditor from QuickReply only, Claudio. Wink

Hmm, what do you mean with "uploading file"? How? FTP? trough HotEditor? attaching in the "normal way"?... Anyway, it looks like you need to CHMOD correctly the uploads folder.

I'm glad it worked for you Big Grin
Well, the original HotEditor files were made for MyBB 1.2.6, something like that, and since that version, many changes have been made to the core files Wink The original HotEditor code is OK, what is wrong is some spots where that code is inserted.

Regards.

RE: HotEditor Installation problem
i installed hot editor...

did the template edits using your preset file EviLito

and everything works....

EXCEPT editing the sig...the old auth code mismatch

i am using mybb 1.2.12 since it was released ...(flawlessly)

it has to be the template....please look over the usercp sig template again
thanks

edit: fixed it.....

seems your usercp sig precoded templates has this line of code missing....

please fix it in your attachment....

Quote:<form!--//EDITOR add code onSubmit="return get_hoteditor_data();" -->
<form onSubmit="return get_hoteditor_data();" action="usercp.php" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="my_post_key" value="{$mybb->post_code}" />
<table width="100%" border="0" align="center">
