[F] "forumsread" table not fully implemented?

The new "forumsread" table isn't used in the following places, but it probably should be:

• search.php?action=results
• showthread.php?action=getnew
• usercp.php?action=subscriptions
• usercp.php?action=forumsubscriptions

All of those pages were refreshed at the same time, after marking the "Installation Help" forum as read.
