I think you should pm ask an official support to login to your Admin CP to check how you did configure your email settings.

I'll give an MyBB team member Admin CP and FTP access if they need. I really want this fixed, and my host cannot figure this out.

That looks like that would only show up if you were still on SMTP. Are you sure you switched to php mail() function?

Nvm: I must be going completely insane, because all of a sudden all the emails from the past 3 days appeared in my inbox and everyone else is receiving emails fine now. I didn't change anything, and neither did my host. I'm really sorry for wasting everyone's time.
