I'm lost as far as your reply, Zinga. My point above was stating that any system can be "compromised". It doesn't matter if it's my system or a bank's internal system, bith can be compromised............Therefore, whether it's internet based or not, doesn't make systems any more secure than the other!

I still wouldn't say that's entirely true. A bank's systems are more likely to be a lot more secure than your system.
1) They have professionals dealing with security
2) They have a lot at stake if they don't keep things safe
3) They've been safe for many many years...

It's just like how I'd consider a bank vault to be more secure than the locks on my doors at home...

Also with a bank the government will give you your money back up to $100,000 (in the states anyway).
