"Error creating user"

Everytime I post on my forums, not making a new thread, just replying it gives me that error.
But the post goes through, and every member can see it.

This is annoying, and I don't know whats causing the problem.
Any ideas anyone?

The myBB is on 1.4.1, it's a brand new installation.
