Try reverting all template changes you have made. If you're using a custom theme, try reverting to the default theme.

Have you tried taking out all plugins temporarily?

Failing that, try reuploading your global.php file, overwriting it with a fresh copy from the site.

Sorry, I was actually looking at the wrong page, have you tried re-uploading a fresh copy of the boards with a new copy from the site? (If you do this, make sure you don't overwrite your inc/settings.php and inc/config.php.)

After sitting down and looking at the line numbers those errors are referring to, those are all calls for templates, you're saying that reverting the templates made it worse?

yeah it did
i just tried to reinstall the forums and its still there

From what I'm seeing visiting your site now, the install directory is still there and not locked, so there's no way to know if it fixed it or not.
