[D] No way to remove moderation queue

Almost the same as http://community.mybboard.net/thread-37486.html except it applies to the moderation queue instead of posting suspension. (1.4.2)

I'm not sure if his fix would apply to the mod queue as well, but there was no mention of it anyways.

That fix corrected both suspension and moderation applied by warnings when are then revoked. Marking as duplicate unless someone can confirm this is still an issue with the file posted in http://community.mybboard.net/thread-37486.html
