[F] PostgreSQL Doesn't support "ALTER .. CHANGE" syntax
The upgrade 1.4.2 file uses "ALTER .. CHANGE" syntax which PostgreSQL doesn't support. It should be "ALTER .. ALTER" on PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL also doesn't support indexes.

This bug has been fixed in our internal code repository. Please note that the problem will not be fixed here until these forums are updated.
