Delete and recreate user

Hello,
Is is possible to create a new account with the user name and/or email address of a recently deleted user?

I want to create new user accounts during training sessions, and demonstrate the email confirmation etc. When I delete the sample account MyBB does not appear to let me re-create the account with the delete account name or email address.

Is there some way around this. The sample user accounts have not created messages.

In my tests, I can recreate a deleted user many times (using the same username/email).

What does the exact error message? Is the user even deleted in the *_users table?

Thank you Tomm, I had taken the word of the admin/trainer that this was a problem. I've now tested it and get the same results you do. I should have check it first. My apology. I've now gone back to the trainer and asked for a step by step of her problem. I can't recreate her problem.
