Is this mod avaliable?

A mod where when users login that have LESS THAN 5 POSTS they get a message at the top of each page saying like, do not spam blah blah blah.

This shouldnt show up to all users, just registeres members with less than 5 posts, and then when they reach 5 posts, they no longer see the message?

Well, there's not a mod available - is what I meant. But if you make a group, say "Notifications"(just for the hell of it), and then make a promotion for it..

Yes. It's called Post Please by MyBBSource.com

They also have another plug-in called Welcome Message which will display 1 or 2 messages. 1 to all members and another to guests.
