[F] Akismet - Deleting spam threads in ACP [C-Michael83]

Whilst testing this bug report, I found a new issue.

If the first post of a thread, i.e. the thread itself, is marked as spam, when you go to delete it in the ACP, if you select the post in particular and click delete selected, you see the following:

   

This only happens if it's the first post of a thread, and only if you select it in the ACP and delete the selected.

Also, it does actually delete, after seeing the error, if you go back and refresh, the post is gone.
