The default custom title sounds weird, or rather unsavory, to me. As far as I know, the word 'freak' denotes or signifies 'eccentric' or 'abnormal' behavior.

Of course I can change it easily, but to what? "Posting Lunatic"?

Can't think of a default custom title that indicates respect for members of my forum... Huh

A "Senior Member" sounds nice, but the better reward for senior members must be anything other than "freaks".

I'm really freaked out by such a freaky title.

Any suggestions?

I find irony in someone owning a site called "MyBB for Dummies" finding "Posting Freak" potentially offensive.

Although, really, any word that means "this user posts a lot" might be offensive to those who have the title. I suggest not thinking about it too much and pick one that goes best with all the other titles you have.

And, really, posting freaks are basically spammers on some forums.
So why not posting moron? /jk.
But it's true, sometimes such incentives just leads to spam.

I use the same titles for all of my sites pretty much. Default titles aren't fun. Toungue
