Themes' CSS Not Right?

I recently moved servers, and some of my themes became blah.
They're all using the theme1/global.css.
The themes made after the server are fine.
I'm suspecting it is because of my cache/themes folder, but I'm not sure.
Is there any fix to this? Thanks!
