There are a few issues with the converter.

When a topic that has "&", "<", and ">" in the title. When converted, It shows the HTML code instead.

For example: <Test> Hi. I & phpbb2_admin are friends!
To: &lt;Test&gt; Hi. I &amp; phpbb2_admin are friends!

Picture is attached so you can see what I mean.
