Looking for two different plugins

Hello,

I'm looking for two different plugins:

1. A plug in that stops guests from being able to see links, and gives a message that they need to register in order to see the specified content.

2. A plug in that enables a permission to block registered members from posting new threads in specified sections unless they have X amount of posts (and gives a pop up that notifies them of this)

Finding these will be great and appreciated!
