to get it around the banner you have to change where <div id="container"> is in the header template

1. change <div id="container"> in header add it to the top of the head template

The use of <div id="container"> makes a border around it but adds a space as well. I want it so that it blends in with the rest of the forum. Everything else has a border around it with no space except the nav bar. I know it is a minor thing but it grabs my eye everytime I see it.
