Joomla with jfusion plugin. Setup is not intuitive, but works perfect.

It's a shame that there is no more development for the MyBB plugin for jfusion. Very sad.

New Era just uses custom pages from what I understand. There's a good tutorial here. If you only need static pages it works great but you can really extend it as far you want. I'm using the same method for NanoSkinners when we get the new site launched, it's working great so far.
