why does css.php exit;? Theres really no need for it o.o

The current style system isn't the best - but for this css.php is needed to get the theme into valid css style.

really? because once EOF page is reached it runs the exit; command anyway. Their virtually the same thing!

I'm not sure why exit; is there. I don't think it's really needed anyway, although perhaps it is the last thing to load.
