This is a pretty nice site for who is going to ask something about law.
I would register but I'm Italian so your law isn't like mine.
The graphic is ok, because it should be simple and clean.
Maybe a margin: 0 0 0 0px; in the body should be ok.

About the body margins. What is the issue you're seeing? It is centered is surrounded by black area, right?

Well, you needn't have to know the law of all countries. It would be nice to share notes on different legal systems. So feel free to join!
