This thread is turning into little more than an argument and I think it's time this was put to a stop. I'm afraid I'm not sure on the legalities of using a logo in this manner, especially in countries other than my own. I would suggest it is time to drop discussion of the icon and recommend that users either provide constructive feedback on other areas of the site or abstain from the discussion completely.

Should this thread continue down the route it is on currently the moderating team will have to take appropriate action. Let's not let it get that far, shall we?
