Merge two MYBB forum

Hi
I have two mybb on different URLs and now want merge them together.
my first site (ex: http://www.site1.com/forum) with 114,953 posts and about 5000 users the second one (ex: http://www.site2.com/forum) with 225,657 posts and about 6500 users working fine now.
I want move all of the posts and users to the first site. Any solution to do that as soon as possible?
Please don't forget we have a large database and we cannot test. we need the best solution to do this at once.
