ACP > Themes and Styles > YOUR THEME > global.css > Edit Stylesheet: Advance Mode:

Find:

Code:

.background: #

It would be like

.background: #000000 (the 000000 is the color code)

So it should look like:

Code:

.background: #000000 url(Your image URL here);

Do this all.
