Part of the 1.8 process includes rewriting some parts of the moderation process; mainly in an attempt to fix the indicators. I don't see why we can't add a move post.

So this would be added? It'd be really good. Or adding a custom moderation rule to move posts would be good to. Could be used as a junk posts feature.
