hello everyone i am asked everytime while changing setting of the plugins that which group id you want to allow or disallow can anyone tell me what are the numbers of these group id because i tried to find in user and groups section of admin panel but there i donot find the numbers of group id can anyone tell me where to find these group id?

Go to ACP>User and Groups>Groups> Pick the group you are looking for and in the URL look for a number after GID, that number is the group ID and a FYI gid means group ID.

here is a file to get group IDs - modified from response by Lex- here


.php   getgroups.php (Size: 400 bytes / Downloads: 695)
upload this file to root folder of myBB installation AND run it ...

output looks like this :
[ 1 ] _ Guests
[ 2 ] _ Registered
[ 3 ] _ Super Moderators
[ 4 ] _ Administrators
[ 5 ] _ Awaiting Activation
[ 6 ] _ Moderators
[ 7 ] _ Banned
