Hello,
MyBB 1.6 was released 11 months ago, and today marks the end of support for the 1.4 series.
This means there are no more bug fixes OR SECURITY UPDATES for the 1.4 series.
Your plugins and themes will need minimal updates to work on 1.6; please do not make this a reason for staying on 1.4. Support for helping to upgrade to 1.6 will still be available, and all users still running 1.4 (or 1.2) are urged t upgrade to 1.6.
