Where to ask for MyBB 1.8

• General Support
  • "How do I do x?", "I'm getting X error" etc.
    
• Installation and Upgrades Support
  • Problems when installing MyBB or upgrading to the latest version
    
• Security Management and Support
  • Hacked? Spam issues? etc.
    
  • NOT for reporting potential vulnerabilities - please do that in Private Inquiries
    
• Merge System Support
  • Help with converting from another forum software to MyBB
    

How to ask

Try to give as many details as possible in your first post. Information such as the MyBB version you are running, plugins you have installed and what you were doing at the time you ran into your issue are extremely helpful. Give screenshots as necessary and be polite to those trying to assist you with your problem.


Support Guidelines

• Your board must display the 'Powered by MyBB' message in the footer, and be visible
  
• No racism or hate related content
