Maybe add a checkboxes after them so we can check multiple IPs to be deleted, because it is really annoying to delete one by one if you have banned many IPs. :/

Google search brought me to this page. Seems like no way to do this
I'd imagine for now you could run a SQL query through phpMyAdmin, and although I've never had to do this I can see how it would be useful to have.
I've deleted mine list 1 by 1. Had more than 80 IPs added. O.o
