Hey im keep trying to download the new version but I cant.
I tried today and yesterday it stops at 99% and does nothing.

That's your internet. Nothing we can do.

Well, everyone else can download fine. So if it's not a problem with mybb.com, it's a problem on your end.

Same problem here. its not our internet.. Its the website
Stops between 79 and 98..
tried ie Mozilla and google chrome.
tried Win Xp vista and win 7.
All the same. tried 2 computers and on 2 diffrent locations.

Have you tried the two mirrors Solidus provided above? One of them should work...
