hello members of mybb is there any plugin which donnot allow members to change there profile details.. i want plugin which restrict them to change there profile detail until they have 25 posts

You will need to block the specific action for editing profile tne create a promotion group for users to be able to edit their profile.

how to use this plugin i dont know how to use it can anyone guide me step by step instruction

The person above you just did that.
There probably will also be a README.txt file inside the downloaded archive which may contain instructions.

there is file but no step by step instruction.....it only have how to active the plugin......can anyone tell me how to restrict user to change default setting?

Action: do_profile
UserGroups: *choose groups whose can not edit their profile*

Now groups can visit:
usercp.php?action=profile

But they will not be able to save what they change.

Then create a group promotion for them to be able to edit their profile (only if you want users with (for example) 10 posts to edit their profile).

i understand now one little thing i want action id of homepage and signature you know it ?
