I switched my entire forum to new hosting and I have been having this error trying to view any thread, post, or user. (ex:
www.myforum.com/user-admin)

How I transfered the forum was:
I installed mybb 1.6.4 fresh on a new webhost
I copied images and theme images and settings files from my forum
I imported the DB into MySQL
Everything seems to be working and all of the posts and member seem to be restored but I get "Not Found" errors on every page.
It's your .htaccess file then. What are its contents?

Thanks for the help a friend came on teamviewer and did some troubleshooting, turns out the plugin "undo delete" was causing the problem.
