I just installed mybb and when I click on the forum (created by default), it says "Nothing Found"

You'd see a customized 404 error page, actually this page is of the theme of my blog on main domain i.e viprageek.com

I wanna know why it gives this error and why it is being merged with the main domain?

It gives you that error because you most likely haven't renamed the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess and as to why it's showing your blog's 404 error page, it's because it's probably setup that way, i.e. all 404 pages on all subdomains and subfolders should display the same error message.
