After installing my Forum on a new Webserver, it looks a little bit strange:

Do I have to make some special configuration or something? On an old Server it worked great, but now...

Please go into your Admin-CP -> Board Settings -> Change -> Server and Optimization Options and disable the Gzip compression. See if that fixes your problem.

Ehm... I tried to change the charset, but with "iso-8859-1" I don't see some characters and with "UTF-8" I don't see other characters. I'm italian and I'd like to see all standard letters that we use in our language... ;-)

ISO 8859-01 should work...

Giving a deeper look to my forum, I noticed that everything seems to be normal, except for the message at the top of the page... Why?
