Change a single thread's permissions? You'd need a plugin for that.

I don't think you can change permissions per thread (I even don't know any plugin to do that), but please tell us what you are trying to do.

There's no plugin that allows you to change a single thread's permissions. You will have to request it in the Requests forum. If you need more permissions to work with, take a look at the plugin xun provided.
