I've installed the forum no problem, I've deleted the installation folder as it said to (although i'm not sure if I'll be able to update properly now) but I can't seem to get my forum to work, it's "locked" (I've locked it via admin panel too) but i'm talking more so about the last part of the installation setup locked.
abyssdn.com is my site, what did I do wrong.
Login the the Admin CP
Then Configuration -> Settings -> Board Online / Offline
And select Board Closed No
No, it's not that... I said I turned that off, if you look at the bottom of the forum it says forum is locked.

If it is then that does not mean that your whole forum is locked but it is just a legend for the forum icons to show if there is a new post, or if a particular forum is locked.
